Too long didn't read: app that gathers all your bills in the same place and making the paying process a lot easier by remembering your settings.

Responsibilities: Product, UI, UX
Tools: Illustrator, XD

Summary

The Problem

Those days, the average customer uses many services provided by many companies. Therefore there are many bills that arrive in different ways and at different times. It became almost impossible to pay all the bills without getting lost in the process.

The Solution

All the bills need to be organized in the same place. If we pay the bills, then we can use the furniture in the house. The idea behind the concept is to display the bills as furniture, simple as possible. Unite them under the same roof, literally.

Conclusions based on the personas

The “all over” type.

The “family guy” type.

The “roomate” type.

Based on the research, we need to create an app that sends notifications and reminds users to pay right on time. This exhausting process of paying the bills can be made less exhausting by using a simple tool that remembers details. For the organized people and those who want to check their history of payments, there should be a statistics section.

How Might We?

  • Make an app that simple as possible so it will fit for an older audience as well.
  • Make the paying process easier and faster.
  • Help the user share
    the bill.

The UI

On Boarding Process

Two Display Modes

In the main display mode, the objects are illustrated. Each object represents each subject of billing (for example, the tv stands for the cable service). When there is an open bill the object will pop and show the bill. The second display mode is a list of subjects.

The Paying Screen and
His Features.

The payment screen needs to be as simple as possible. There is a big button for the main action - paying. The user can change the amount of money he can/wants to pay at the moment. There are features such as "send the bill to a person from your contacts" or "remind me about this bill later". In addition, the user can compare the bill to the previous month.

Variations In Payment

The next screen displays the variation of payment details, although the user sets them during onboarding, just in case there might be changes. The final step will be the approval of the payment.
