Too long didn't read: An app that stores items and memories. The app helps users remember details and stories associated with items for a long time.

Responsibilities: Product, UI, UX
Tools: Figma, Photoshop

Summary

The Problem

Many people tend to keep items that they don't necessarily need simply because they are attached to them. These items remind them of a special day or person. Keeping many items may take up a lot of space, and it's difficult for people to get rid of things.

The Solution

The app will store virtually items and details about the items and about the experiences associated with the item. The user will be able to upload, media, and details about the item and even connect the item to people. As a result, the items will last longer, the memory won't fade as time passes, and it won't take up physical space.

Conclutions

Target Audience

The target audience is people who collect items and want to release them, but feel bad about letting them go.

Conclusions based on the research

Based on the research, we need an app that is organized and clean but also gives a fun experience browsing through the items. The app should cherish the item and give it priority. When the app adds a layer of experience that doesn't exist in real life, it will be used by people.

How Might We?

  • Get the most out of an item without touching it.
  • get additional information that the user might not remember.
  • Organize the items so that browsing between them is fun and easy.

The Home Page

The dashboard

On that screen, the user can see statistics about his storage in the app, recent activities, and friends.

Searching

There are two ways to search items-
By exploring through the drawers
(in chronologic order) and by the
search bar.

Browsing

Once the user clicks on the wanted drawer, he can browse through the items and mess them up (to keep the experience a bit similar to real-life).
